In the CapSign app, after completing the Identity Form in the "Open an Account" section, the next step is KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification. This involves uploading a valid identity document. This document is crucial as it allows us to confirm the accuracy of the details submitted in the form, ensuring compliance and enhancing account security. After opening an account, you will be redirected to the identity overview page where you should click the "Upload ID" button.
From this page, you can use the file input to choose an image file of a valid photo ID.
After choosing a file, click "Upload Document".
Upon upload file success, you will be redirected to the page below.
Now you just need to wait for our compliance team to review the document!
