Invest in an Offering

Currently, there are two types of offerings you can invest in:

• Regulation D Rule 506(b) Offering: Allows up to 35 non-accredited investors.

• Regulation D Rule 506(c) Offering: All investors must be accredited.

All investors must undergo a KYC ("Know-Your-Customer") check due to financial industry regulations and in some cases may require investor qualification before investing.
